Wendy's

Driving in through on a road trip and everything meant expectations. Our food was hot, fresh and our order was correct. We did need to go inside to get spoons for our frosty’s and the ranch we ordered though I will say they were stingy. When we asked for the sauce when we went in they only gave us 2 and our order had 30 nuggets.

Stop at this Wendy’s to use the restroom and then head through the drive through to order since their dining room was closed. On the road for 5 hours and just needed to use the restroom first. Lady said we could use the restroom as an employee kept shouting the dining room was closed. Then another employee, a female, says “God people are dumb”. Excuse me? Yeah, we heard you! How bold for someone to say about anyone! So guess what, we left! If you’re so smart I’d think you’d have a better job than working at Wendy’s.

Worst Wendy's ever! The workers are literally the worst I've ever seen. The hardly get any business and I know now why. On any given day you drive up to the drive through, it appears that they're closed when in fact they're open but the workers are all hanging out on the side of the building or the back smoking and chatting. Literally ALL of the workers. Sometimes when they're actually paying attention, them see cars approaching, drop their cigarettes and all run inside to take orders. Of course it takes FOREVER for them to fulfill the orders and then still get it wrong. This happened twice and I blame myself for going back a second time knowing how I felt the first time. Now I sit and wonder if they even washed their hands before preparing the food. Yuck. I go to chic FIL a only now across the street and it's the same stuff I see, workers over at Wendy's hanging outside running in when cars want to order smh. Change of management is in order

This is the only wendys we’ve ever known to close at 6:00, so when we got to the drive thru at 6:05, and no one spoke through the speaker, we pulled up to see if something was wrong (there was a car in the drive thru when we pulled in). An employee, or possibly the manager, spotted us and threw his arms up in the air and pushed a trash can before he opened the window and just stared at us all bug eyed. My boyfriend asked how he was doing and the man yelled, “we’re closed!” and slammed the window shut. All that needed to be done was to say that this location closes early, all of the rudeness, unprofessionalism, and attitude could have been left out.
