This is one of the worst jimmy johns. I’ve had nothing but problems here. Ive had delivery orders take over an hour. One time they delivered to the wrong house and said they would give me a free sandwich and to just give my phone number the next time I went there. They told me there was nothing under my number for a free sandwich and I was not able to get one. One time they asked me to repeat my order multiple times, I order a basic menu item, and it wasn’t even close to being correct. Recently, I placed an order on their app for delivery. It had been over an hour, so I called and they said they were no longer doing deliveries, and apparently they don’t call you tell let you know??? You’re just expected to wait for a sandwich that’s never coming??? I asked to be refunded since the money was taken out of my account, they said they would speak to a manager, the manager said that he already took care of it. Several days later and the money is still not in my account. If management took care of it, they should know that they need to call the customer to inform them that they are not doing deliveries at this time due to staffing issues. Or maybe do something so customers aren’t able to place delivery orders??? Today, I went there and asked for chips. Got home and I had no chips. My receipt said I paid for them. If your order gets messed up, which it will, don’t even waste your time trying to get it fixed.

I have scheduled lunch 3 different times at this buffalo location and all three were over an hour to two hours late-past the scheduled time, not one of the sandwicheswere actually correct. I had to call each time, they never even acknowledged their mistake once or fixing it (and it was documentedon the receipt). I would avoid this location 100%. The only reason I've gone back is because it is one of 2 places that delivers to my work. I guess there is only one now.

Pre ordered food for a field trip today. Nothing in the order was correct as for what we added to our sandwiches. Sad really and quiet petty to ruin a kids day because you're so small minded.!

Employees were so rude and so slow I almost just drove out of the drive thru.. We have had food from this location 3X and every time our orders were wrong... when it's written down right in front of you and it's very easy like "no onion" then it shouldn't be wrong. You're too expensive as a "fast" option to never get it right and be so rude... update: heard they were better. Gave them a shot, got it wrong and got food poisoning. (Only thing I ate in 36hrs)

Bread was hard. Tomatoes were mushy, almost no lettuce and we paid for a cookie and chips that.. of course we didn't get.. again as usual 🙄.
We are always disappointed with this company.. super fast = poor quality and missed orders!

Ordered just a sandwich for delivery, used my rewards for chips that were not in the bag! Seen a note written on my receipt saying he will be back! Just waiting over an hour and still no chips! 2 stars because yesterdays order went well. UPDATE- He never ended up coming back with my chips..

The 2 people working tonight were so amazing!! I had a big order and They took extra time to label everything, and were very friendly! He made really nicely looking arrangements for the pickle buckets too! I brought it home and everything was perfect and how it was supposed to be, EXCEPT, why, why Why when we say extra extra extra onion don't people understand that you want a lot of onions? The guy that was in their cut up a whole onions special for me! I don't think the gal that was working there understood That I truly wanted a lot. So I was disappointed in mine but everybody else loved theirs and they still did a really superior job.
