This coffee shop is a destination in itself. Has great coffee made to order and also serves food but the place is a true coffee shop. There is a section of the store where you can buy things for kitchen and bath and also items you can display throughout the house. The dinning area is very charming and cozy at the same time. The service is excellent. The barista was friendly and willing to make a coffee not on the menu. This is the best coffee place to come for a meeting or just relax. The best one around Braselton.

Aside from great coffee Higher Grounds offers quite a variety of hot and cold breakfast items, FRESH healthy lunches and delicious made from scratch pastries and desserts, made on site in their bakery. Eat at a table, cozy up in an overstuffed chair, or enjoy outdoor seating on the veranda. A room can also be reserved for meetings or small events and they offer catering. They have a nice selection of deli meats for their hot and cold sandwiches plus you can get some sliced to take home. Chicken salad and 3 cheese pimento cheese is packaged by the pound to go. They just added a Saturday Brunch Buffet and it has been a big hit. Their friendly staff makes you feel welcome and they appreciate your business. Hands down Higher Grounds is one of my favorite local spots to meet up with friends and clients.

Very nice place. Pleasant staff. Delicious pear & fig salad! I thought the fruit infused water was a nice touch, until I realized I had been charged $1.50 for it. Prices are a bit steep- not your everyday lunch- but worth the trip once in a while.

Higher Grounds Coffee House is simply the best when you want to enjoy your coffee and get a quality bite of food. I am staying in the area for a few months and after failing to enjoy other local options, I found this gem! I know some have reviewed about the price, but I have been to many coffee shops and houses around the country and their prices are in line with their quality. The local shops that tend to have lower prices have to cut corners on quality and I would love to see it stay just as it is. I am happily making the 10 minute drive past other locations to get my brew. If you have to do some work or meet with anyone, this is certainly a great spot. It will be sure to impress!

I love this coffee, tea, and treasures shop! This was my first visit. It's upstairs in the Polaris building and much larger than I expected. Not only was the house blend coffee and power salad wonderful, but every employee was kind, helpful and genuinely took time to ask how my coffee and food were. There are tons of indoor seating options from plush reading chairs and tables to group style tables and chairs (& a children's seating area with coloring materials with a kids sized table and chair set). There's also a large covered balcony section should you want to sit outside. When dining in, they deliver your coffee and food to you wherever you choose to sit. There is also an extensive shop on the other side of the coffee house with home and kitchen decor/dining items, bath decor and bathing items, jewelry, and clothing. I also loved walking in and immediately being greeted by such a welcoming atmosphere and friendly employees. I'll definitely be back and would recommend to everyone!

Great locally owned coffee shop that's recently had a new addition Chef Jarrett whose bringing more and more to the lunch and soon to be dinner menu. The ahi tuna salad is amazing and you can even shop in the additional space at two ladies in the attic. The coffee is better than any place around here and the service is phenomenal.
