Sonic Drive-in

I mean my gripe is not with the food or the employees. That was actually good! My issue is with how nasty this place looks. You would think we were in a run down part of the state where business in slow. In fact, it’s quite the opposite. This area is full of people looking for places to eat, so there is literally no excuse why this place looks like it hasn’t been cleaned since the 90’s. I mean even basic pressure washing will go a loooooong way here. To the owner, clean this up and you’ll see more guests. It’s really that simple.

Ordered drive thru. Only 2 cars in front of me. Took 20 minutes to get my food. They got my slushee order wrong and gave me fries instead of tots, even though FRIES were on the ticket. Burger had no lettuce or onions, and was layered with 5 pounds of ketchup and mustard with one pickle. Burger was extremely dry and burnt all over edges. Extremely disappointed and I will never come back to this location. Must be something with all of the fast food locations in this crossing. Haven’t had a good experience anywhere

Up until recently this location has been great. Now though, the employees couldn’t be more rude. My fries tasted a few days old, I asked for straws and napkins 3 times through the drive in speaker, before finally getting them, and again was met with a very rude response. My 8 year old kept telling me his chicken was too chewy to eat. Tried it myself and it was BARELY cooked!!! Unfortunately at that point he had already ate most of it… so the night for him wasn’t great, or his stomach, most likely food poisoning. I called and spoke with the customer service branch and never received a call back like I was promised. I’ve never left a review or had issues with any place like this, but due to not getting a response. This will be handled with legal matters. Bad service on top of my child getting uncooked chicken is not acceptable.
