Cicis Pizza

This place is absolutely disgusting. Black plastic pieces in the salad bar, pizza that is completely dried out. The floor is covered in food. My daughter's friend slipped and fell because of the food in the floor at 5:45 when the "dinner rush" started. Instead of cleaning up anything they just throw towels on top of it.

Would give less than one star if it were an option. Absolutely one of the worst buffets I’ve eaten at in a while. Salad bar has not been attended to. Food was all over the place on it. Salad dressings were skimming over on the side. One girl in front of me was pulling pizzas apart with her hands because they had not been cut to the edges and were therefore stuck together and she handled what few pieces of pizza were on the buffet. Asked the people working there to cut pizzas all the way to the edge so this wouldn’t be happening. Later observed same girl at the salad bar licking her hands and then putting them on other items at the salad bar. Granddaughter decided to get pasta where the girl hadn’t been. Pasta sauce was watery thin. I finally stood at the buffet table and waited for fresh pizzas to come out. Still weren’t cut well but at least I got to them before the girl. Will not ever go back here again.

Went in today to have some pizza we paid our tab as always when you enter, it wasn’t until we had paid they told us sorry we don’t any regular cups only the kiddie cups. I asked why he didn’t tell us prior to paying and he didn’t even respond. Then we go to get our drinks and they have no tea I asked about it and was completely ignored. I watched as the employees behind the counter and in the back preparing pizzas are literally in their own world not even concerned about the fact they are charging everyone full price and don’t have menu items. As we sat there trying to make the best of it the employees in the back were so loud we couldn’t even talk because all we could hear was them. This place is not even run like the other ones. Customers here clearing their own plates which is no problem and we found the large glasses they are all dirty sitting in the dirt dish area with no one washing dishes, I mean the customers are putting the dirty dishes in the bins for them but no one washing dishes. Also figured out that all the younger employees are upfront talking and joking around and the older people are doing all the cooking mean time no dishes being washed I guess the young people don’t think it’s their job as we overheard them tell the people n the back making pizza that they needed to hurry up so they could get the dirty dishes and wash them as the front people are not supposed to do that it’s not their job. Seriously the owner of this place needs to get more involved in his business and hire a manager that knows how to run a business properly and hire and train to take care of customers concerns and issues. The employees don’t care about the business or their customers. I don’t advise anyone to eat here.

This is a FRANCHISE! Need I say more? Ok I will. This is the biggest Cici's Ive ever been in but the absolute WORST! Tried charging $1 for my 2 year old that doesnt even eat pizza. $1?! Really?! This is not on the menu board. I believe its made up. They do give a military discount of $1 for active duty. $1? Geez..keep your stupid dollar. I've attached a picture of the sad dessert bar. You cannot order a pizza for yourself. You basically order and stand around waiting or come back and hope its still there. The salad bar had 6 different dressings but only 2 full. The others were empty. My advice..go to Pizza Ranch. Your dollar will go a lot further and you won't be angry and dissatisfied upon leaving. For the amount of money you make Cici's, you can do better.

DO NOT eat here. First, we were overcharged for six buffets/water. My husband paid with cash, so when he told me the total, I knew he was over charged. I went back for a receipt to which the cashier replied, “we don’t give those.” Finally I got a different cashier to come and give me money back she replied, “my bad,” threw some cash at me and proceeded to help the next customers. I’m only noting this because unfortunately I’m seeing this trend more and more in the food service industry. Please, let’s teach young people to do better and be better.
