Floating Cafe

Six slips dedicated to the cafe - three on each side of the dock attached to the cafe. We stopped by for lunch on Father's day (Sunday.) Food was fine and service was overwhelmed but friendly. Food took a long time to come out. The appetizer came out with entrees. Price was reasonable. Disappointed the top deck outside dining area was closed and inside was too cold for comfort.

This is my usual place to grab lunch on the lake with friends. Unfortunately if something doesn’t change it will be my last. Was told 45 minutes to get food when we walked in. An hour and fifty! Minutes later we were served. Indoor and upstair dining open as well as to go orders. Was just about ready to pay for drinks and walk out just as previous customers had done. The one appetizer we ordered for a toddler to come out first was last. The Reuben, my go to sandwich, was lean in the meat serving. My guests chicken wrap had very little chicken. The philly steaks were good. My advice to the new owners, if you cannot keep up with indoor customers, do not take carry out orders. If it gets overwhelming close the upstairs. The only people who really suffer are your waiting staff who take all the grief and whose tips are likely to be compromised by patrons. It was very hard to continue to be patient once an hour had passed. The two stars is for the waitresses who were working this nightmare.

This place is completely disorganized. Staff is rude and hatful. The staff stand around staring at food on the warmer not doing anything. Every word out of their mouth was "I dont know" with a sigh and contempt on their face that they have to be here.No managers there on a Friday, and final word of advice is AVOID PLACE AT ALL COST! THEY HAVE ROACHES!
