Subway

Ordered door dash, got subway. Asked for Mayo on on my sandwich and there was none, no cheese on either when we ordered it on both, sandwich bread is unevenly cut and falling apart, bread is soggy but also burnt? Like seriously? Huge L oh and to top it off we ordered oven baked lays and got regular lays. What a waste of money.

Ordered online last night. Went in a little after pick up time. Order hadn’t even been started. Heard yelling and cussing in the back from a female employee. One worker came up said they just had another employee walk out. I understand that is stressful. Stood in the store 20 minutes waiting for my order while one person made the four sandwiches and three other players just stood around laughing and talking about the situation. When I finally got my food didn’t even get a apology that it took so long or anything. Very disappointed in the fact that they were so loud and foul about the whole situation in the back.

Apparently they can't fill drinks all the way up anymore. No napkins! A meatball sandwich needs napkins!! Went to pay with a 50 and the rude girl behind the counter says we don't take 50s or 100s anymore, there is no sign denoting such! I should have just left instead of digging out enough change to pay them. Apparently I made them mad when I mentioned putting out a sign because they didn't say anything word to me even after I paid them. It really irritates me when I go to do business somewhere and they act like they are doing you a favor instead of thanking me for the business F

Stopped here with my husband to grab a sandwich- the girl who waited on us was obviously new. Despite there being not a single other patron in the restaurant she seemed extremely frazzled by two sandwiches. She definitely should not have been alone quite yet. While we were ordering our sandwiches there was an employee who was sweeping the establishment who was sweeping around us and at one point had seemed annoyed that we weren't sliding over for her to sweep under out feet- mind you this is 3 hours before they closed. We had a bit of a drive home so we decided it would be easiest to dine in. When we start to eat our sandwiches we realized that the meat was not warmed up all the way and are sandwiches were made very poorly. The manager on duty warmed our sandwiches and organized them a bit better and that was absolutely appreciated. we go to sit back down and eat are now reheated sandwiches and the gal who was sweeping under our feet is now mopping under our table , the mop was hitting my chair while we were trying to eat. How absolutely rude. I appreciate you cleaning the etablishment but you don't sweep and mop UNDERNEATH a customer while they order and eat. We ended up just leaving before finishing and she seemed irritated we had to walk over her just freshly mopped floor - that also didn't have a wet floor sign posted. as someone who worked in a restaurant that is a big liability issue. Better trained staff would go far here.
