Mcdonald's

I was just there about 20 min ago - prime lunch time! I ordered a cheese burger happy meal & a #5 w/ a sprite. They handed me the happy meal and said have a good day. I said I have #5 meal also. I saw them pull a box of nuggets out of a bag that had been sitting there & give me the rest of the bag. I know for a Fact it wasn’t mine because I said no sauce and I had 6 containers of ranch. The best part about the entire meal was the sprite. The fries were cold & not even a little warm, like cold. & the breading on the chicken nuggets were so soggy they definitely had been sitting in the bag for a long time. Thanks for ruining a lunch. Take pride in your work. Don’t rush and just make sure it’s correct and fresh. It was disgusting.

This place has gone through some changes. They have been short of help and the drive through line was taking forever. They have done a pretty good job getting the line moving now. Some days are, of course, worse than others. I must give those how have been there during the shortage of employees a round of applause. They have never messed up my order and they remained pleasant. Thanks. Keep up the good work.

Boone Iowa McDonald’s I did drive through today with my grandkids during the noon hour. It was busy and there was a little wait but expected. This time was different. The gal taking the order was very pleasant and easy to understand. The money guy was very efficient. The guy that handed me my food had a smile and was friendly and my order was correct. Way to go Boone Iowa McDonald’s. Oh and food was really good. Thank you.
