Subway

We was running short on time and needed. LUNCH so we stopped in at 11 am and got 3 sandwiches. The ingredients was covered but when the opened them the items was fresh. It was clean and tidy. Hubby ordered a cold cut combo. He always get 2. I ordered sweet onion teryaki chicken with fresh mozzarella....man was that a great surprise. It was wonderful. Thanks

Went there today around 11:30 and the manager pulled one of the associates off the line to take a phone and when he got off the phone he had no hustle to help customers and started walking around laughing. For 3 people working it took 25 minutea to help just 4 customers. I have also seen a lack of sanitation with ringing someone out and not washing hands. Needless to say will not be back, and would advise other people to stay clear of this subway.

We (myself and one other) waited 25 minutes for the family of 4 ahead of us to finish their order; there was only one employee working at the time (Kyle). Once it was finally time for us to be served, he incorrectly remembered which sub I had asked for. With the vegetables, he put barely a scattering of lettuce and green peppers; when I asked for just a little more, he stated "I'm trying to make a buck, here." I'm sure he was saving plenty of money by only having one person working. He was quite rude, and the product was questionable at best. I understand that it is a Subway and not The Palm... But the customer service and quality of product of was well below average, EVEN for a Subway. If you can afford to staff only yourself, you can afford to give me slightly more lettuce to make my $7.50 sandwich worth it.
