Reliable product but no place to queue and wait for orders unless you cozy up to someone's table or by the restrooms. Also, where are the sugar packets? This can't be a pandemic thing, can it?

25 minutes to get 2 drinks to go at 11:20 am on a Saturday?
No organization and slow service... ended up messing up the order. 9 employees working. No excuse.

Located in the heart of Blue Ash. Great coffee selection. An Even Better Tumbler/ Cup/Bottle)Selection $12 & up. Perfect for meeting up. Parking limited. Traffic in this area increases during certain pockets of the day. Such as Morning, Noon and 4pm-ish. Drive safely. In large part this is a walkable area.

Ridiculously long wait (30 minutes) to get a cold Frappuccino. They only had two people working on a Saturday one on cashier one making drinks and they prioritized online orders so if you showed up in person it took 30 minutes. After waiting this long, the order was incorrect because the caramel ribbon crunch had no ribbons and no added caramel crunch.
Save yourself time and go to another location. You’ll be thankful you did.

Stopped in to have a mocha Frappuccino while waiting for my husband to be done with his eye exam. Delicious as always. It was a great place to cool off in the 90 degree weather!

I’ve been to this location multiple times. It is always clean and quick. Parking lot could be bigger and there’s no drive-through but otherwise one of the best locations

I placed a mobile order that had to be made two times and both times was made incorrect. My order was a riñón crunch Frappuccino and the person who made it, made the drink both times without coffee. I had a bad morning and the only thing I was looking forward was my coffee and I couldn’t even enjoyed it because this person kept making my drink without coffee!

If I could give a 0 stars I would, this store seems very mismanaged. The shorter lady there (manager maybe?) is not friendly and I’ve heard her talk down to team members. Pick up orders take 30-40 minutes past the time noted on the app. After my 3rd poor experience I will not go back to this location; coffee costs too much for bad service.
