Juicebox & Soup Peddler

Went my first week of school- seeking to bump up immune system; as it had been taking a massive hit from other stressors- woman suggested something with beets, celery, cayanne- I asked her for extra beets and no carrots-she then asked me what base I wanted as carrots were the main base- went for pineapple.. not the tastiest; but that cayenne and ginger opened my sinus ' immediately, and the beets gave me such a loving embrace; I slept like a baby... who sleeps really easily... like a SUPER comfortable and recently worn out baby.. it worked. Normally; I get their soup and vegan grilled cheese... but went in feeling not so hot. This was a pleasant change♡

Very cute, kinda like a permanent food truck. It has a nice little garden courtyard, a ping pong table, and picnic tables with misting fans too. The juice shots I got were very good (wheatgrass and royal flush) but I definitely want to go back and try the rest of the menu. Besides fresh juice, they also carry soup, smoothies, chia pudding, salads, and pastries. Some of the baked goods were vegan and gluten free but I couldn’t try any with my allergies—too bad because they looked and smelled AMAZING. Definitely a repeat 💖

Perfect hearty soup lunch on a cold wet day. A good variety of soups to choose from. Bone broth, red pepper & Gouda, and tomato basil soups were all fantastic. I ordered a typical grilled cheese and that was superb. Not to much cheese and not skimpy either. The basil, pesto & provolone grilled cheese was surprisingly delicious and next time I’ll order that! They offer Soup Peddler merch which is kinda cute and fun. I’d definitely be a returning customer.
