Eddie V's Prime Seafood

Pretty expensive place but well worth the money! Good selection of wines, and the food is amazing. Especially the crab cakes are to die for but everything else we had was pretty good as well. had to wait 10 minutes in the beginning despite a reservation which was a bit annoying but more than worth the wait. Our waiter was very quick, had excellent recommendations and as a bonus he looked like Jack Nicholson. Will definitely come back when visiting Austin again.

For starters our server, Luigi, he was the best. Hands down, I eat out all the time, I eat a great restaurants, and this guy, he was my all-time favorite. He hit it on every level. His support staff was awesome as well and let's not forget the food. You want to talk about some good food we had some good food. You want to talk about having some good wine. We had some good wine... All I'm saying is if you get a chance to go to this place consider your lucky day and if Luigi's serving you you should probably stop at a gas station on the way home and buy a lot of ticket because you just hit the jackpot!

Amazing from beginning to end. The entire staff is very engaged and make you feel like your somebody very special. We went to celebrate our 29th anniversary. When we checked in, the hostess said "Happy Anniversary", when we got to the table, the table had red rose petals & a Happy Anniversary sign 🥰 • The food was so good! Our first entre was a Caesar salad. We ordered the seafood tower and it was enough for two. We added an extra lobster but ended up taking it home. And we accompanied it with fried rice (waiter's suggestion) omg that was so yummy!! And then at the end, the waiter insisted on giving us a free dessert and champagne toast. The dessert was a sampling of their bananas foster and the chefs cookies with pecan praline ice cream. Y'all even the dessert plate said "Happy Anniversary ". The whole experience was like no other place we have been. We are avid world travelers, have eaten at some really swanky places. Eddie V's made the top of the list!! And Charlie was an excellent waiter!! Well done y'all!!!!

My husband and I love to wine and dine but last night was our most favorite meal ever. We went To Eddie V’s to celebrate our 17th year wedding Anniversary. We were immediately sat and our table had a card signed by all the employees with rose petals. Our waiter Devin was absolutely amazing and made sure we had the best experience. He took the time to explain items on the menu and made great suggestions. We started with the gulf coast oysters, table side steak tartare, and shared the burrata salad and lobster bisque. They portioned them out perfect and all the starters were delicious. We then shared the lamb chops that sat on top of a chimichurri sauce. These again were portioned perfect and were the best lamb chops we ever had. We paired a glass of stags leap cab with the chops that complemented each other. To finish the meal we had the bananas foster cake and Devon threw in an extra scoop of butter pecan ice cream. It was to die for. Devin gave us each a glass of champagne to toast. We had the most wonderful experience and will absolutely be back. We can’t wait to tell our friends about it.

We had such an amazing experience here! We were celebrating a new job promotion and loved the decor they put on our table! We got a cozy booth in the lounge and loved the live jazz! Cocktails, food, ambiance, and service was all outstanding! A perfect place for a romantic night out or celebratory dinner!

A beautifully displayed housing, this is an over the top restaurant to come to for any special event. Here, you get what you pay for. Nothing but the best and freshest ingredients, the meals are displayed beautifully on each plate, drinks are perfect with every pour, and the service is absolutely phenomenal. All of our meals were as imagined, perfection, each and every bite. Every employee here dressed to impress, attire very clean, and happy to assist us in every moment of our meal. Hands down, absolutely amazing, if possible to request a server, Gianna, the best. I highly recommend this place! Stop by when you have a moment.
