KFC is my favorite place to eat but this particular place is absolutely the worst I've never seen customer service like that. they are very rude and they will let you know they could care less if they wait on you or not and I thought that was just bottom of the pit !!! Their management needs to do a much better job and keep an eye on these people. I always give them the benefit of the doubt and go back and see if I can get chicken pot pies but every time I go they do not have them and they don't want to cook them for you and they will let you know that as well they will argue with a customer just like they were on the street. sharpen up managers. sincerely a loyal customer since the seventies.

Workers have attitude all the time for no reason. You can barely understand what their saying on the mic literally mumbling. They never have any options available always out. The chicken pieces are beyond little and the mac n cheese just looks very old and nasty. Don’t waste ur money you can use that $25 on better quality food.

Worst experience ever at any KFC location. Cashier and manager need customer service training. Ordered #16 famous bowl for $5.00, and got a pot pie for $5.49. board says $5, not $5.49. Famous bowl and pot pie do not sound alike when said. Cashier refused to correct order, or refund over-charged amount. Spent 5 minutes just trying to get a refund because I was tired of trying to get what I ordered for the right amount, and very poor customer service. I will never go back to this location, nor recommend anyone go here. Get your chicken from anywhere else but this KFC location

Horrible customer service, absolutely unprofessional staff, the drive through lady told us "we don't have any chicken" my response was "you don't have chicken at a KFC?" her response was "if you don't like it go somewhere else white boy" needless to say I won't ever be going back to this trash again, talk about a disgrace

Our family decided to give this location one more chance but it was just awful. Got the $20 fill up and am extra side of Mac and cheese. They either ran out of buckets or "forgot" but the 8 pieces of chicken included not 2 but 6 drumsticks! 6! The Mac and cheese also looked like it had either been cooked way too long or scraped from the bottom as it had several burned and hard pieces. They were also very understaffed the night that we went and took 20+ minutes to get our food, and even though the staff was very polite and nice I still expect so much better when I'm spending $20-30 in food. Our family will not be returning to this location.

Honestly surprised this location is still open... I went to TRY to get food - unsccessfully at that It had been a long time since I had KFC, my preference being Popeyes and the Scoville chicken sandwich place downtown, and I just wanted a reminder of what it tasted like. I tried going through the drive0thru and was stuck there at the ordering post for ~ 10 mins... no one was at the speaker/microphone to take my order even after I spoke up. Got tired of waiting so went inside. There was an Uber Eats guy there also waiting for his order who apparently waited for a good while also. It did not look like there was any workers present - kitchen was lit up but absolutely silent. Finally, a female worker came out... of the bathroom. No clue if she washed her hands or not. I know everyone needs to do their business, but honestly the place didn't look all that great in the first place. She even told me to go back through the drive-thru bc the register inside wasn't working for some reason. That was the breaking point, and I just straight up left w/o ordering anything. TL;DR: Don't go here. It looks pretty badly understaffed (one person in the entire restaurant???), and astonishingly long wait times WITHOUT having order taken. Also unsure of sanitary conditions.

No Mac and cheese. Service was horrible. Food was served wrong and when I requested what I ordered, I was given attitude. Give them 20 dollars and they give you whatever they want. Bad service. Lack of sides. Attitude. Intolerable. Please help me shut this place down. Everyone needs to help me on this one.
