Your Pie

Terrible service. When I walked in for a carry out, the employees didn’t ask what I was there for or inform me on how long it would be. The cashier (the employee of the month) could tell I was upset, but did nothing to mitigate me cancelling my order. I will not return. There are much better places in Athens.

I LOVE this place!! Get exactly what you want. The first time there I got the linage, it was great but too greasy for me because of all the meat and cheese. The second time I got parmesan cheese and veggies and I think it was the best pizza I’ve ever ate. Super friendly staff as well and both times there Mike at the register and oven was entertaining with his antics. Will def go back and wish I could buy a franchise and put one of these in Asheville NC!

A little skimpy on sauce topping and cheese if you don't ask for extras however it is a really cool idea a byo pizza place ..this was my first visit , I liked it overall the pizza was delicious all the ingredients and meats seems full flavor and fresh . Probably not my first choice I'm more of a by the slice guy at some of the local spots but it's a really cool concept

We ordered 2 pizzas and a brownie online. Pizzas came late, with the “secure” stickers unsecured and opened. The food was cold and (of course) no brownie. We TRIED AND FAILED with calling the restaurant- I could not get anyone to answer the phone and the restaurants voice mail was full. Managers VM is full too. Delivery was a complete mess. We prob done w your pie… ruined pizza night

There were 3 or 4 employees working, and none of them seemed in any rush at all to get the food out. I was at the front of the line with nobody in front of me, and I still stood for a long time while only 1 employee worked the line doing 1 online order. A line of people was forming behind me, and then the poor guy had to go in the back to make another online order by himself. He comes back and another employee decides to help him finally. She had the worst attitude though, and her hair wasn't even tied back or anything. She ripped my dough, put the tiniest amount of ricotta on it, then when I asked for her to rip up the spinach a little (which I used to work at Your Pie, and it's a very common request) she just throws a few on it and doesn't rip them at all. I heard her sigh and I think she rolled her eyes at one point. They burnt the bottom of my pizza, and when I asked for 2 sides of ranch, the other girl at the register made a face at me and then disappeared and came back and handed me one tiny half-full side of ranch 😑 On top of all that, there was trash everywhere. Take my advice and go to a different location.

I have tried to give this location SEVERAL chances and have been disappointed each time. I always place my order on the mobile app before I arrive an hour in advance because I know this location is slow. Everytime I show up an hour later, my food isn't ready and I have to wait another 30+ minutes because they do not prioritize online orders. This location only cares about making the orders of those walking in. They wait for you to tell them you have an online order before they make it and that is after you have to wait 20 minutes for someone to listen and speak to you. This location is a complete waste of time and most of the time my food ends up cold or incorrect. Everytime I am waiting for my online order, there is several other angry customers with the same issue. This is a common problem that has been going on for months that this location refuses to fix. Do not go here if you are in a hurry or want good customer service!
