Pizza Hut

I gotta say I received a wonderful experience from this location. My family of four (me included) ordered a carryout the other night. It was raining hard. I grabbed the stack of boxes and tried to get into the car to head home. In my jumble one of the pizzas slipped out of box onto the ground outside the car. Without hesitation, an associate namef Jerome at the restaurant noticed it happened and without a second thought he ran back inside and fired another one up. I was BEYOND GRATEFUL. thank you so much for your empathy jerome! I can't thank you enough. 10 stars if I could 👍

Update we order 16 bonless cajun dry rub wings we recived 8 peice buffalo wings and when i called about it the girl was like we can remake it if you come get it! Now why would order delivery if i wanted to do carry out. My only issue was the containers that the wings were in both were crushed and so the sauce was leaking all over

Salad bar was empty of salad, I watched 3 different servers walk by multiple times before I stopped one to ask them to fill the lettuce. We had plates at the end of our table ready to be bused, our waitress started to pick them up and then she decided to leave them for later. Ordered 6 piece wings and received all drummies.

We had the special-2 3-top pizzas, breadsticks and soda. Our granddaughter had a book it award cheese pizza. The salad bar and buffet were closed. The restauraunt was empty except for us, when we arrived. The pizza was OK, pizza hut has apparently changed recipes. This just didn't have the pizzazz that pizza hut had before covid. Our waitress was polite and speedy. I have to wonder why the TV monitors were set to menu the whole time we were there. If that's all they can do, just shut them off!
