Wendy's

WARNING DRIVE THROUGH ONLY!!! VERY POOR SERVICE. THEY ARE supposed to open lobby doors after 11: AM ACCORDING TO POLICY. FOR CUSTOMERS TO HAVE THE OPTION OF ORDERING inside and not spend their high priced gasoline, waiting on a drive through line. THEIR EXCUSE WAS THAT, THEY DON'T HAVE ENOUGH EMPLOYEES. "REALLY", UNEMPLOYMENT DEPT, NEEDS TO CHECK UP INTO THIS. Here's a picture of what happens when you complain, to them about having to walk up to the drive-thru window, in order for you to order food. I ordered a grilled chicken combo. They gave me a cold nasty grilled chicken SANDWICH with nasty lettuce and tomato, no mayonnaise and when I asked for them to add cheese, well this is what I got served. The Wendy's at Linden NJ & Elizabeth NJ are welcoming & always open their doors & have great service. It's worth the trip. But I'd stay away from this unprofessional unmanaged place. It's a shame they're in a great area with astronomical potential. By the way, I gave my sandwich out to a dog.

you arent going to find anything out of the ordinary but Ive had a few bad experiences with this location. Do not waste your time with ordering from the app while the indoor dining is closed. They still make you wait on the drive thru line. Often during the busiest times I see staff having a meeting while only one lane is open and the line is out to route 1.

Long wait, incomplete order, cashier incompetence on not knowing how to use coupon, soda machines defective (both) with no ice and stale tasting soda, dirty dirty floors and tables, no ketchup available. This place need a major over haul on management ... one of the worst Wendy's I have been at. I would not come back here.
