My personal pans were delivered in a plastic bag which caused my pizza to be soggy. Personal pans are my favorite partially due to the crunchy factor. Very disappointed. Need to improve packaging.

I love, love, love pizza and the thin crust from Pizza Hut is always my favorite. I’ve tried many pizza places and always come back to them. Reliable, consistent service and delicious pie. Would give 5 stars if they were a little more prompt with their curbside pickup.

While thier customer service was not great they were still able to resolve the issue of a incorrect delivery in under 10 minutes. Food is classic delivery pizza not fantastic but hits the spot just the same. No one should have to deal with a bad customer but a good worker can deal with one

I have been eating pizza hut since I was a kid. Always been great. This time I ordered online came to pick up my order. The pizza had come apart coming out of the pan. Side note pan pizza is my favorite. They offered to make a new one but I declined kids in the car hungry. So the manager gave me a credit tonite on my next visit. Awesome.
