Cinnabon

The food is obviously the same at every cinnabon. You get an enormous cinnamon roll and then get very sleepy after eating it. The service at this one was horrible though. Between the extra charge for icing (I've gotten it for free before) and the attitude and ineptitude of our helper. Mauled the cinnabon while getting it out if the showcase. Then screwed up the box and put it in a diff one (losing precious icing along the way!). Then when we asked for a bag, she literally just handed us one, instead of putting our stuff inside. Horrible customer service.

Not only was the prices different without explanation but they charge for cream (70 cents), the other locations offer with a box, and the cinnabons weren't fresh. When you ask for fresh ones they'll tell you the ones your looking at are fresh when you can clearly see they aren't. Don't come in with a coupon, or offer from cinnabon guaranteed it will not be honored, instead they'll convince you they have a better deal for more money. Horrible customer service period...

I went in for the Tuesday promotion from cinnabon, the guy in the red shirt immediately denied me and made up his own promotion. This isn't the first time this has happened, not only did he deny the promotion but also offered what looked to be day old cinnabons. Me and my family had to travel 3 cities over to the next location, I will not be back at this location.
