Everything was so good down to the customer service. Our server was so nice & explained everything to us since it was our first time coming her and so attentive. The all you can eat is so filling & this salad is sooooo good.

We were very excited to find out there was a Korean BBQ restaurant closer to home. This place was on our list to try. We made reservations for a birthday dinner. We were greeted by a very friendly hostess and were seated right away. Our waitress was very attentive, helpful, and friendly. She took the time to explain menu items that were okay for one of our family members with allergies to eat. Definitely would recommend this

I am eating here now about 2-3 times a month because it is so good! The quality of service is amazing as is the quality of the food. They give you plenty of quality cuts of meat and 3 options to choose from as well. Also, plenty of good small side dishes, great kimchi! The restaurant is very clean and well kept. I always judge every restaurant on their bathrooms and the Firepan bathroom is very clean! Again, awesome food, great service and very clean, plus those cool robots that deliver food!! I highly recommend this restaurant!

I decided on this place for my bday because I heard it was the best. I have been to a lot of Korean BBQ places and this is the best hands down! The atmosphere was giving hot date vibes and we still had a blast as a table of 6. Our server Alex was amazing! He really made the experience fun. He was very knowledgeable and made my first timer friends feel confident to try everything. We all went with Option C and was not disappointed. The food was top tier. They also have a robot come around and server you things like sushi etc. 10/10 for sure! Will be back

Great place to eat especially if you haven’t tried Korean bbq before. The soy pork belly was nicely marinated and so was the shrimp.

I'm giving this restaurant a Five for the review Love Korean food, BBQ especially! From the time we walked in until we walked out the service was amazing! We chose Option A, all you can eat and it truly was all you can eat. Salad, Lettuce for wraps, 3 sauces, A variety of meats to choose from. The steamed egg was good too Paul was an amazing associate. He was the best I've seen in a while in customer service! Frankly, Give him a raise! He took the time to explain how the menu options work and was very attentive. We really enjoyed!
