Horrible experience today.
Five of us went in for lunch and the restaurant was half or more empty.
We were seated right away but it took awhile for our waitress to come by.
Kathy took our drink order and somehow got it wrong.
We placed our food order and in about 10-12 minutes one person got their soup and salad.
She wanted to wait for the rest of us to get our food before she started.
Thirty minutes later our food arrived.
Two orders were correct and two were not. Aunt Jan was so hungry she said she would eat it anyway but when I looked at my neighborhood burger I had to decline it.
$14.99 and I could barely find the meat.
It was about the diameter of a .50 cent piece and maybe twice as thick.
She took it off the bill and by that time everyone else was almost done eating and I didn't want to order anything else.
My father in law said when she took my burger back he saw her drinking out the pitcher she brought our tea in.
We asked to speak to a manager but no one ever came out, we paid and left.
We will not be returning.
Very disappointed.

Fred is and was absolutely AMAZING!!!!! He made sure food came out on time, made sure we were good! Love love love LOVE!!!!! his COMPLETE energy and vibes!!! Give him a raise or make him apart of management, because hands down he’s the BEST! I want no other waiter but Fred! Thank you Fred for a great great GREAT!!!! Night my Goddess daughter birthday was perfect because of you!

Our group was celebrating a birthday which brought plenty of noise and confusion. Our server, Ryan, was patient, professional, and courteous throughout the entire time we were there. I would be happy to have him as a server again.

I was visiting with my partner and friends and we had a super nice time, especially thanks to MAC, she was our assistant that night. excellent work

Atmosphere was fine, music just so-so but not too loud. Clean. Server was friendly and communicative. Mac and cheese with chicken tenders were disappointing. Mac and cheese nothing too special and chicken tenders portion was too small for being a high-end option for the 2-for-$32 option. However, bourbon chicken and shrimp were excellent!

We love Applebees and especially enjoyed the excellent service provided by the one and only, Larissa! She was very attentive and made sure we had everything we needed. Wish she was at every restaurant we went to. She is so professional and kind. Thank you for being a great bar tender, Larissa!

We got there an hour and a half before closing. You would never have known it. After working a whole shift, almost closing time, our server Brittney was FANTASTIC!
Everything was perfect but her personality was absolutely wonderful. Made a great ending to a long day.

Went for Veterans Day, the wait was not to long about 30 minutes. Once we were seated our server Fred got our drink and appetizer order fairly quickly. The Beer Bread is must have. The main course arrived right as we finished the apps. The food was good, the service good and the atmosphere excellent. I highly recommend this Applebee's location 🤠
