A group of 4 of us went in for Sunday brunch. My first time at Fire did not know what to expect. .. The brunch menu had something for everyone to try. I had the most delicious blueberry pancakes light fluffy and filled with sweet blueberries, then topped with fresh berries and a maple butter. The others ordered a French toast, shrimp and grits, and the burger. Everyone had delicious meals. The service was perfect....attentive without being pushy. We had drinks to start the brunch... I chose a bloody mary, in my opinion... it wasn't worth the cost. Yes, it had a sad piece of bacon, no olives or lime slices, or even a celery stick, just a sad piece of bacon. As I tried to drink, it was thicker juice than I expected and was so full of red pepper flakes to spicy for my liking. I ended up leaving 1/2 of the drink behind. I do enjoy a good bloody mary, but this wasn't one. With all of this, yes, I would go back for lunch or dinner.

Best Steak ever! Only place I go in winter haven for a Perfect NY Strip! Bernaise sauce made it that much better! Prices are worth it for the quality! Sara was an excellent waitress. Even though Tasha the go to server for us! Bartender Jess makes a perfect drink! And their ever changing drink specials are definitely worth checking out! We love the small atmosphere and style! Very chic for Polk county and it’s refreshing! Definitely worth a try!

We were in Orlando for a Basketball Tournament and had an off day. We drove down to Winter Haven to get out of Orlando for a few hours. We found The Fire Restaurant. We were impressed with our find!! We sat at the bar because they had a TV with football on. But this is not a sports bar. The building is very nice and large enough for any size group. There were lots of locals eating lunch. I had a crab cake sandwich that was cooked to perfection. My wife had a salmon salad. She said the salmon excellent and the salad was crisp and fresh. The building was relaxing, and had friendly atmosphere. They have seating outside in the front and in a rear patio. The staff was excellent. I would recommend a stop in if you are in the downtown area of Winter Haven, or even if you are close by and just want a great place to take a break.

This is my husband and I’s go-to choice for date night. We’ve eaten dinner here a few times and it never disappoints. This place is delicious from the drinks and apps to entrees and desserts. Logan is personable, knowledgeable and a phenomenal server. Can’t wait to come back and try out their Brunch menu.

My husband and I decided to try a new restaurant for a date night and found FIRE on social media. We stopped in and left so incredibly impressed. Our waitress Mina was so friendly, patient and had wonderful recommendations! She recommended a certain craft beer that ended up being delicious, and suggested a specialty way of cooking their ribeye steak that we are still talking about 3 days later. We will definitely be returning and hopefully trying brunch very soon! Thank you, Mina! ❤️

I had a very large party and the manager/owner was able to accommodate us on short notice with kind and quick response. Our family and friends all raved about the food, it was amazing. The service from Tasha and Julian was even better, they handled about 40 of us with ease. We had a wonderful time and thankful they could fit us in.

I enjoyed everything I ate, nice restaurant. If you haven't tried it, you should . TASHA was great , she connected with her customers. They have outdoor seating in the front and at the back as well.. clean throughout, including the bathrooms... The reason I have 4 stars overall was for time waiting for food. It came hot, but serving time was lengthy. You could feel the wait between talks and drinks , so you know what I mean.

We dined here for brunch and really enjoyed our meal. My wife had the Cuban Sandwich and Cajun Fries and I had the sirloin and fries. Everything was delicious and the service was very good as well. I especially liked the chimichurri sauce served with the steak. The setting is very nice in a restored historic building in downtown Winter Haven. We’d definitely come back.
