Our company had a client conference, and we worked with Allie on a catering order. She was AWESOME to work with and made it easy and stress-free for us to feed about 100 people! Allie was extremely communicative, consistent, and followed through with everything perfectly. She ensured that our order was ready right on time, and the food was great! We're grateful for the fantastic team and customer service, and we'll definitely be ordering again for our next event!

I can't have dairy and I asked if the iced coffee came with milk and was told no so I ordered it. Came out with milk and I couldn't drink it. Husband liked his shake and then drank the ice coffee so it didn't go to waste.

Frederick Blvd location is going to the pits!!! They don't even say '"my pleasure!" The one thing that made chic FIL a a cut above!!! Always get to be Portsmouth!¡ They always messing up my order, forgetting items, and that's one thing that almost Never happened!!! Has a delivery the other day c and the driver drive right past my apartment building 2312 and to my food and left it on the porch at 2308!!!! The numbers on the building are HUGH???how??please somebody make it make sense??? How do you do that?then it was like 2hrs before my food was redelivered?? Come on ppl, Portsmouth has enough issues,don't mess up the reputation of the best know fast food restaurant Eva!!! Please!

Truly a first for me in writing a negative review for a Chick-fil-A, but this one is warranted. I had just got done dropping off my car for service at discount tire and it was going to be an hour before it was ready. Being 32 degrees outside, I decided to stop by and get a bite while I was waiting and stay warm. I walked in, placed an order, and sat down to begin eating at a table that did not have a placard saying seating was restricted. About half the tables had the placard, and the other half did not. Figured it dealt with social distancing. No sign on the entry door noting any closures. I got my food and began to eat. Two bites in, an employee informed me the dining room was closed. I explained I had no car, so I was kind of stuck. She invited me to eat outdoors in the 32 degree weather. I said that was not going to happen. I got my refund and went on my way. Not typical service expected from Chick-fil-A. Won't be back at this location.

Quick and friendly. Need to find a way to get more customers to order / pay ahead on app as it would make the drive thru flow even faster than it already does. Advertise the perks!

I enjoy the food, but their lines are long and a waste of gas. Waste of gas make them inconvenient at times. I suggest when they see lines extremely long, get more employees to get the lines cover. The food is always hot and tasty! I still love the food!

I really love this particular Chick-fil-A. They are always very friendly. My food is always warm and correct to order. I drive a little bit further to go out of my way to go to this Chick-fil-A.
