Great service! I like how it's inside of an old building to match it's surroundings.
I use to design Chick fil-a concept plans, I was looking forward for a drive through lol. But I like how I can park in front of it and walk it. They preserved the historical elements and adjust their plans to fit in that building.
If I am in. Town again, I will definitely visit this location.
Also, I love how you are able to dine in and out of the building. The exterior seating is along side a nice street.

The Chick-fil-A was great, not busy which was weird. This CFA was not the normal restaurant. The ice was campus ice, no chicken tenders either.
Everyone working at the restaurant were super nice and helpful. They were great making small talk and smiles.

Tourist go elsewhere! Yes, this is the closest Chick-fil-A to Busch Gardens Williamsburg. But it is on the campus of a busy college and it's just not appropriate for us tourists to be hogging up the business that caters to Young college-goers. They were very quick and efficient at getting our order but I've never felt so uncomfortable and out of place in my life.

Came in this morning with my twin brother before his last final at William & Mary this semester. The cashier machine was acting a bit wonky and not accepting flex so the managers fixed it. Overall a positive experience. The service was friendly and the food was hot and delicious! I would visit again

This is an independent location that does not use the app, and it serves Pepsi products, which is rare for a chick fil a! The team members were friendly and welcoming. Their indoor and outdoor seating is still closed, but the service was efficient and accurate, and the food tasted great.

It was ok, waffle fries weren't cooked enough so they were floppy. :(

Great atmosphere. Be aware that they have a limited menu. There is no kids menu, but we were able to get a meal and split it between the kids.
