Hooters

Best service appropriate attention when you come here at Hooters. Like any other hooter there are certain waitress the required more and less direct information about what they want. Versus what there experiencing from Hooters which is a good time from beautiful women. that help me feel like they're appreciated and what they do and they're getting a good meal with good conversation.

I ordered a side salad through DoorDash from Hooters in Williamsburg, VA. This is what I received cucumbers, tomatoes, cheese, and the sauce I asked for. However, no lettuce or anything to add “meat” to the salad. I called the restaurant seeing if they could write my name in a book so I could come pick up another salad later this week. Korey/Cory the “manager” told me they did not do that and I needed to contact DoorDash for a refund or come and pick up a new salad. However, I did not ask for a refund as I do not want a refund and why would I come out and pick up a salad right now if I ordered DoorDash? What a joke.

Visited this 'Hooters' location on Mon, 07 June, 2021 and have been contemplating this review for the last couple days. While there are a few different reasons you'd go to a 'Hooters' restaurant, there are a couple that rank at the top of most everyone's list ... ice cold beverages & scenery. But beyond that, this is a sports bar and you'd think that the staff would have some basic knowledge of a sport in which their employer is a corporate sponsor and has a long running promo. I'm specifically referring to them being a sponsor of the #9 Chase Elliott NASCAR team AND their long running promo that if Chase wins a NASCAR Cup race they offer ten free boneless wings on Monday and if Chase has a top ten finish then they offer a free fried pickles appetizer on Monday ... especially at a restaurant location that isn't that far from a few different racetracks. So this saga begins with us pulling onto the parking lot only to witness an intoxicated guy who apparently couldn't wait to go inside to use the restroom, so he decided to water the lawn instead before he and the other two members of his party staggered inside. I was shocked that they were served more alcoholic beverages as they celebrated loudly and tried to sing 'Happy Birthday', but I guess the manager on duty needed all the business they could muster for supplies (I'll come back to that shortly). We were seated promptly in a mostly empty restaurant and there was something missing from our table from the start. Something that is a staple at every 'Hooters' location that I've ever been to ... a roll of paper towels. After a quick glance around the place it was obvious that there were more tables/booths without paper towels than with. After our server took our drink order, we asked her for some paper towels and she took a partial roll from another table and brought to us, stating that they were out of them. Well alrighty, something's definitely wrong here! Our server then takes our order and we mention to her that Chase Elliott had finished 2nd in the NASCAR Cup race at Sonoma as per the promo offer and she giggled and went on with the order. I ordered the fried pickles appetizer, boneless wings, & curly fries. While the appetizer is easily consumed as a finger food, the boneless wings definitely are not and I had to flag our server down and request a fork in order to eat them, all while trying my best to tune out the tone deaf drunks supposedly celebrating someone's birthday. At the end of our visit when our server bright us the bill, she had failed to take the fried pickles promo into account and when this was brought to her attention and the promo re-explained, she then had to go seek out the manager on duty to redo our bills while we were further serenaded by the tone deaf trio who kept getting louder and more annoying. As you'll see in the couple of attached photos, the ice cold beverages & scenery aren't bad here, but that's about all this 'Hooters' has going for it and that's a shame. I'm even second guessing my three (3) stars as I write this.

This branch was closer and the hype it had made be go to this place since i was in USA. Good points 1.The food we ordered which included burgers and wings were very good. However,. Bad points 1 The first table that we were given had not been cleaned with full of crumbs and remain , so we had to request them to move us to different table. 2. The waitress who served us wasnt very interested in doing her simple job of evening taking the orders properly. All the waitress we saw looked like they were under prepared . The waitress was only active at the very last minute when we asked for the check. 3. The male restroom was disgusting . Summary I had a very bad customer experience in this branch . I would recommend not just this restaurant but all the restaurant waiter / waitress that its not an easy job to serve people , all they are paying for is a good service and even just politeness, after all its a hospitality business. I hope this branch will improve in coming dayz.

Where to begin, we submitted an order over the phone at 7:04 we were given a time to pick up 15-20mins …. My husband gets there & was told our order was given to someone else by “mistake” and that would be given him a fresh order to go…. Mistakes happen I understand that part, but my husband ended up waiting a hour and 30min for a order that we placed over the phone ahead of time, and to top it off we were not offered any sort of discount courtesy drink or anything for the wait. I feel like the customer was not placed first AT ALL! If my order was mistakenly given away, why wasn’t a new order promptly made to make up for the mistake made on the restaurant part?
