Please do something about the panhandling at the front door. How is it okay, to allow for this to happen to your customers? Each time I visit this location, this is what I get to look forward too. And different panhandlers for different days. It is not okay. Also, atleast ask your customers, that you may be friends with, to mind their language in the store. I’m standing, waiting to checkout, and the customer is holding a casual conversation with the cashier, using profanity, and the cashier thinks nothing of it? Not professional at all. But other then those things, the staff is very polite and they always speak to you and ask if you found everything you needed.

This place is horrible. The fresh food is not fresh. The hot dog looks like beef jerky. The staff knows nothing about how to do their job..they are left to figure it out on their own. How do you run out of ketchup and mustard on 1st shift..let's not even get started on the chilli and cheese. The owner has no business running these stores as he is only making the 711 Corp look very bad. But that is what you get when you have a franchise. No consistency . No pride. Just horrible. I will take my business to Shell .

Wow what a great experience, and it was all thanks to the cashier Jamal who was there beyond early this morning at 4 am. It was 4 am and I was all alone and my brakes were going out Jamal saved my but he told me about brake fluid and simply made sure I was ok. There aren't many (if any 7-11's where I am from in N.Y, I now wish there were!

I have to come to this 7-11 all the time since I work right next to it. It has some of the WORST customer service I have ever seen. I get you have a 3rd shift job that is slow and you have nothing to do, but when someone says "Hello" you should just acknowledge them. I usually have to come between 12am-4am and the same dude is always there. Doesnt acknowledge... sees you walking to the register and continues to ignore you than VERY slowly makes his way to the register and gives an attitude EACH time. Then doesnt say a single word to you. Not even a head nod. If I had the option of going to another 7-11 on the way home for gas I most definitely would!!

We went in to get slurpees. For being a new store, your employees are extremely unprofessional. I came in at 2pm Monday afternoon. Every single one of your employees was eating behind the counter. I'm sure y'all have a back room to eat in, I would advise doing that and not in front of your customers. Eating and then taking cash on the register, not washing their hands, I was disgusted

Worst 7 Eleven ever! I have been to countless locations in many states over the past 30+ years. I will NEVER use this location again, even if only at the pumps. Rudest convenient store employee I have ever encountered. I will go down a few blocks to a locally owned store. They are over priced, but at least they display some level of appreciation.
