Subway

Don’t get food from this place. There is nothing wrong with the food—as far as a Subway goes—it’s the service! The woman taking orders is ANGRY, always angry! Ask her to warm up your bread and she will serve you with an eye roll. Terrible! Go to the supermarket and pick up bread, cold cuts and veggies and you’ll not only save $$ you’ll save yourself stress and aggravation.

Worst subway in Brooklyn. I thought I would give them another chance since it's new management. But it is worse than before. I ordered a footlong tuna with everything on it. I received a footlong with a few Olives, pickles and banana peppers. No lettuce, tomoto,tomato,, spinach, green peppers, jalapeños, oil, salt or pepper. I will NEVER order from here again.

I ordered food through Grubhub pickup and when I went to pick up the food the lady working behind the counter said that I didn’t have enough proof even though I was showing her the Grubhub receipt and app screen that appears for pickup orders. I waited 30 minutes for the food while she tried to come up with a reason I needed more proof of the food. The staff here is incompetent

Customer service is awful. Sandwich making is sub par. Availability of ingredients is lackluster. Went in for a steak and cheese sandwich there was no steak. Then asked for a tuna sandwich. The guys asks me if I want the sandwich toasted AFTER he spreads the tuna over the ENTIRE SURFACE for the bread. After checking out, doesn’t even say “thank you” or “have a nice day" nothing. Just put the receipt on the counter and walks away. I will never go there again. I hope they close down this location.

Would give 0 stars if I could. This Subway on Broadway in Brooklyn gets the award for the WORST customer service. The service is HORRIBLE and they are rude to the customers. I refuse to spend money where the person making my food is rude and disrespectful to the customers supporting them. Note - If you don't want to service people in the community - purchase a franchise somewhere else. I will report this to the Subway franchise since this will probably go nowhere but they need to know this is a dent on their brand. HORRIBLE.
