Ruby Tuesday

My family was there in mid-evening, and while the service wasn't bad, the food definitely is not what it used to be. The pasta for my chicken parmesan was overcooked and rubbery, and the streamed broccoli was stringy; The chicken was the only thing I liked about the dish. I also had to ask for a new glass of water since mine had dirt in it. The only reason my rating is not lower is the rest of my family enjoyed their meals. Hoping for a better meal another time.

Absolutely one of the worst dining experiences I’ve ever had. Server was running all over the place - took her 25 minutes to finally take our food order. Two of the members of our party of 4 just ended up settling for the salad bar after about 15 minutes went by. Took about another 45 minutes to receive our food. Should have thrown down cash for our drinks and left like the table next to us had. Never did a manager come to apologize for the bad service or provide any type of customer service. Being a waitress myself, I am beyond appalled by the entire experience and would not suggest it.

We did not get too far... Server was happy and very detailed, but 45 minutes later, the appetizer and food was never served. I Asked one of the crew members for the manager and the response was "the manager is in the back, running all over the place she will be with you in 5-10 minutes" They seem understaffed, inexperienced, disorganized and detached from the customer needs. ZERO manager empathy is never good for business. Don't waste your time in this place...

My waitress was great. She must have been the only one working, the host kept set seating people in her section.. now about the host.. He was not at the door when I and another guess entered. Was sitting at a table. Never smiles and not friendly at all. Should not be the first person you have to see when you are going out to eat. Standing with a frown and arms crossed. Never asked about you, like how's your day. He is a real downer for guest.. Greeters set the tone of how your dining experience will be.

The menu had 3 ways to get your food. Supposed to get a dessert. But was refused when i asked. I wanted the chocolate cake. But I will take my business elsewhere and never return or recomend this dump. I felt like i was an annoyance to the server. Never introduced herself. Just asked for our drinks. Bad feeling from beginning.
