I work nearby overnight and the service here is slow. I’m usually sitting in line for 30 mins to almost and hour at one point. Food comes out good but I never have time to eat my food because of how much of my lunch time is taken from waiting for my food.

Orders always take too long to come out, especially curbside which are ordered ahead of time. The app will give you a time and the order will not come out until 15 or so minutes later. Drive thru is the worst.

Poor customer service starting with management. Food is either cold or made wrong. Received order with no ketchup, no napkins after I told them when I was ordering as well as the window. It's sad the whataburger has gotten worse than Stars

During the apps spicy chicken sale, I forgot my phone to redeem my buy the fries and drink and get the sandwich free and one of the staff members there redeemed their app coupon for me ;^; made my day that day.

Wednesday morning 3.23.22 6:30'ish AM two bacon -egg-cheese tacos....$6.00 + the order came out way too quick...MADE TO ORDER....YEAH RIGHT!!!! Tortilla's cold, egg's cold and bacon average. Bad food. Who has the time or money to blow? Forget Whataburger. Keep ur apologies....not my money.

Drive thru : saw that there was a long line but the wait wasn't long for the line . It was to take my order . Had me waiting 5 mins to place order but Another vehicle drove up on second window
And he got the service "no line no waiting".😠 They should watch who arrive first

Drive thru took 18 minutes from order to leaving the drive thru only because a car ahead of us was waiting for their order and took too long for staff to ask car ahead of us to move up.
