Kfc

They don’t serve sweet tea. Every kfc serves sweet tea. They did not allow us to order 5 drumsticks… something I have ordered a million times at other kfc and lee’s restaurants before. Then when we asked for clarification they yelled at us that it couldn’t be ordered unless it was with other types of chicken. I am literally from Kentucky and sad to say I will never come back here even though this is where I currently live!

The absolute worst KFC I have ever been to. Went there tonight at 6:00. It was fast, but probably because the chicken was cooked at lunch time. It was so dry that when I tried eating it I couldn't tell of I was chewing on meat or a bone. The large sides that came with the bucket wer not even filled half way I. The containers, the mashed potatoes were so old they were almost as brown as the gravy. The biscuits are inedible they are so hard.

The person who took my order misheard me and we ended up with some items missing from the order. At the window we politely asked if we could just add the items onto the order and the manager immediately escalated by yelling at us and telling us to never come back 🙁🙁🙁 We had tried coming to this KFC 2 other times around 1pm and they were closed, we were really excited to see them finally open today but now after this experience we will not be coming back (as requested by the manager).

Honestly, don't even want to give this place 1 star but I had to to write a review. Just went there, haven't been to a KFC in over 1-2 decades so I was asking questions about they're Popcorn Nuggets, wasn't sure how they came or how many were in them, etc. They were rude and impatient to the point where the girl taking our order said "are you going to get the combo or what!?" On top of that, the manager was rude about the situation too. The manager didn't even try to be polite or professional about the situation. From us driving up to the drive thru, the sounded like she didn't want to be there, let alone use customer service skills; let alone good customer service skills.

Whoever is on the evening crew tonight, November 4th, is doing an outstanding job! The drive-thru was really busy, but the employees were friendly and efficient. One item was missing from my order, but they went above and beyond by making a fresh batch and included cookies in the bag when I went back through the line. The person at the window was cheerful and did a great job.

I've had KFC since I was a kid. Most people would know how KFC tastes and how good it smells. Not the chicken here. This is the third time I went to this place. Each time was just as bad but I thought to give it another try this weekend. Wrong decision. I am better off getting fried chicken at Pick n Save.
