Burger King

Went her after 10:00pm and was told that I couldn't make separate orders. That they could only do one order per car. Then I asked for my burger to be cut in half and was told they don't cut any burgers on the night shift because they are short staffed. This makes no sense because you can just cut it while you are making it. Won't ever go back to this BK again.

Last time I made a review I gave this place a 5. But last night I went there through the drive-thru cuz I wanted to get a shake. It was a little after 10pm. The drive-through person told me that the shake machine was down for the night for cleaning. I said well what time do you guys close? They told me 3 in the morning. I'm thinking to myself if somebody still wants to buy a shake, they should still be allowed to get one. I used to work in fast food and we didn't take down the shake machine until close to closing. I was not happy because it was the only reason I came through. My suggestion to the owners is to allow them to keep the shake machine on at least until a couple hours before close. This would allow people that get off work from a second job to get a cool refreshing shake. :) in times like this, it's always about the simple things. The customers come first.

Managers named Christian, Lori, Dawn, Justin, and a girl named Lisa is making illegal decisions such as pay, promotions, training and discipline based on race, color, experience. Employees who are not of my race are being favored, and they have no more education, experience or skills than me this is evidence of race discrimination. I was fired because I took a picture of the dirty discussing restaurant which Christian called his restaurant. I added photos of the dirty establishment. Threatening employees to come to work with the Coronavirus...Covid-19 or they would loose their job. The restaurant was shut down because of an employee had the Coronavirus...Covid-19. The managers wasn't training me because I was African American I was told to clean restrooms, take out trash, sweep and mop floors when people of a different race was being trained. Discrimination happened and nothing is being done about it. Nastiness is everywhere at this restaurant and people continue to eat there gross. Shelves, counter tops, equipment, appliances, dirty and nasty and your food is being cooked in this. Oil for fries, onion chips, chicken ect., isn't being changed particles floating around in it. Food being dropped on the floor and picked back up and serving it to customers. I was dismissed because I witness all of this.

Went here because sign on the side of the business read "Lobby Open". I had some time to waste before meeting someone a few miles away. I park, I walk up to the door... Locked, "shocker" I think to myself. Why do so many of these restaurants have huge lobby open signs only to have the doors locked? I reluctantly ended up going through the drive through, my past I don't know how many experiences with Burger Kings' drive through and yes thats with an "s" have been awful. The one at duck lake on 59, horrible the one next to Lakeland Ice arena, horrible. I order my breakfast combo, pay for it, get my food, check its actually correct (that has been one of my major issues at the other locations) drive away. Pull out my croissant sandwich, what do you know the cheese is not melted (like EVERY sandwich, burger, chicken, or breakfast doesnt matter) I have not had a burger king sandwich with melted cheese in idk... 3+ years and I have been to BK no less then 20 times. When made correctly their breakfast sandwiches are great. Take a bite... cold, no not just isnt HOT the egg is cold. My wifes was the same way. Its honestly shame on myself for continuing to think they have improved anything. Really sucks because growing up it was somewhere my grandmother wpuld always take me and I really enjoyed it.

This place is really getting to me. I'm a doordasher and I also come here for myself and their hours change daily. This evening I was in the drive-through ordered my food, Paid for my food and they had me pull up because they were waiting on an item. During that time all the lights turned off in the parking lot and there are no further cars behind me. I sat there for 10 minutes until I finally drove around the store came back to the window and the guy came up to me and said oh are you the guy waiting for your order? I know covid… blah blah but this is ridiculous.
