10min ago visited the Waterdown location as my child has been pushing for McDonald’s since Thursday. Place order. Cheeseburger happy meal…notice sign for Big Mac $4.99 on wall so added one to…. Ben a long time. First window waves through “you guys are good”. Tell the girl I didn’t pay. She repeats “you guys are Good”. I check again to drive forward and she says yes nodding her head up and down. Forward I go. Handed ice cream. Advised not mine and have back. Reiterated my order to which I got a reply the double hamburger. No. Cheeseburger meal and Bigmac. After being accused of not paying and reiterating my order two more times charged $15. Seemed steep when Nina’s is on for $5. At this point pay and leave. Daughter now upset as she does not have a happy meal…double hamburger only. Why so difficult!!! Big Mac in the trash. You are unbelievable

Probably the worst McDonald's I've been to, even the jane and finch location is better. The burger patties, chicken, and buns were dry and obviously not even close to fresh, they weren't even hot so the cheese wasn't melted either. The fries weren't hot, and the bacon was burnt. Several drinks were just dispensing water, ice was empty, and the garbage cans were over flowing. Floors are also filthy, i could keep going on but you get the picture. I recommend going to the one in Walmart not far away, it's much better. Obviously very poor management here

I just bought 2 junior chicken meals from here today for my kids. One regular and one no lettuce in the sandwich. I ordered it through drive through. And when I got home the one without lettus it had sticker saying " no shared lettus" , but still they put lettuce in it and instead they didn't put meo on the sandwich. This has happened the 2nd time. Once I ordered Oreo mcfllury, and they only gave me half a cup. When I asked why it's half, the lady said it was always like that. And I just left, didn't want to argue....

Quickest mobile order I've ever placed. Bacon egg mc muffin look fine, not as greasy oily as I often get from other locations. Customer service was the best of all here, pretty lady are really polite, energetic and carring, offer tray for the drink, offer extra ketchup and mayonese for the sandwich. Definitely 10 stars for the staff here!

Today Saturday, February 12, 2022 after well over one year of staying away from this location we decided to give Waterdown McDonald's another try! BIG Mistake again. My husband went this morning, placed his order, came home with less than half of what he ordered. He was so upset but went back for the balance. He decided that he would just place another order instead of getting into a useless argument with people that couldn't care less. Unfortunately this order was not correct either. We completely give up with this company altogether. Both times his orders were incorrect. He actually paid double which is OK because we shouldn't have given them another try. Lesson learned and never again. They couldn't care less and don't even try. Don't waste your time or money.
