Want to start by saying that the service was really excellent - fast, friendly, pleasant experience. However, when we got our drinks that's when it went down hill; we ordered an iced coffee with almond milk and no sugar (thought that was straightforward?) and one of the newer hazelnut cold brews. We we informed they were out of cold brew, so we said that's fine, can you make it the same, but with iced coffee (assuming it would be hazelnut syrup in the iced coffee and cream)...NOPE. We received the regular ice coffee with milk instead of almond milk and it was horribly bitter and old tasting, and we're not even sure what was in the other one but it barely tasted like coffee, yet wasn't sweet, and definitely had no hint of hazelnut, just cream I believe. We dumped both because they didn't taste good and I cannot have milk, so neither was appropriate for me. Very disappointing on a hot day!

Leave it to this location to reliably screw up a simple item twice in a row. In the last year or so I've tallied up mistakes and you've basically got a 50/50 chance of something going wrong. This job is mind-numbingly simple. Learn your own menu please. In the meantime I'd recommend people go to the Sobeys location.

Had a great experience here this morning. I ordered a take twelve through the app for the teachers at our kids school and this Tim's team was all over it. I called ahead to make sure they got it because the app can delay a few mins at times and the take twelves can take a few mins to pull together. They answered the phone immediately, let me know the crew was already working on the order, and within 5-6 mins of placing the order I was at the store and the coffee was waiting on the counter. I typically order on the app at this store and pickup inside as this popular spot can get a longer drive through lines (but they do keep it moving very well during peak hours with some great staff) and I've only had great experiences here, fast and accurate order pickups. Thank you for making my morning a little brighter when I roll through! :)

Awful. We've had nothing but terrible service. Donuts with no filling. Asked for iced lattes and the person insisted on giving iced coffees but charged for iced lattes and literally couldn't understand the difference. Asked for cream in a coffee and they all collectively freaked out while I waited, asked me several times if I really wanted that, insisted I didn't. Were basically just shaming my order clambering around the back. Asked for breakfast wrap, said it right, and they kept saying it back like you mean "this" yes this. So "this" and then gave me something else... Goto any other Tims honestly. They don't even understand the basics.

Absolute garbage. Their frozen drink machine is broken 95% of the time during the summer, you can’t tell me they can’t have a backup one while the other is broken or being cleaned, even 7 eleven have more than one slushie machines. This location is really poorly managed compared to others. Save yourself a headache and just go to McDonald’s right next door.
