Boston Pizza

Inedible. Spinach Mushroom Bake. I've had it before from this location (take out) and it was perfect. This time (also take out) it was awful. July 3. I immediately filled out their feedback form, supposed to hear from them within 2 business days. Long weekend notwithstanding - this is the 4th business day & not a word.... There was no cream sauce. The liquid was more like pasta water. You can see in the photos the pasta is bare. I'm no chef, but isn't the pasta supposed to be coated with the sauce? The cheese was gloppy and the spinach was too wilted to have been freshly baked. The mushrooms were ok.

Our server Olivia was outstanding serving all 6 of us adults. Unfortunately the food was for the most part cold upon service (hot items like soup, pasta, and fries), rings were over cooked. (It was not busy when we arrived). Probably would have had to send it all bk but that's not our style. Portions were very generous and tasty dispite the fact of the service temprature. Very clean atmosphere reasonable wait times.

Horrible customer service. After we were given our menus we were told that the systems are down and the kitchen staff is not working. Why did we even get the menus? And why did no one tell us this when we entered the building? Especially since the server was sitting and watched us when we entered. After she said that she would go confirm if the kitchen staff is working, she disappeared and another server came to take our orders. We asked her if we can even order food and she said that we can, even though the systems are down. Does anyone know what they’re doing and why is the staff telling us different things? I also wanted to add that this is the first and last time I will be coming to this Boston Pizza as the staff really lack customer service skills and seem miserable.

$16 charge for extra cheese on a small pizza, an appetizer portion of nacho’s and a side of onion rings!!!! Rude male staff member. Food cold, not ready at collection time, order incorrect to top it all off, and that am after asking for it to be verified! What has happened to this place? There seems to be a very negative, everything is a problem attitude! Add to that the menu seems to have shrunk? Looks like Turtle Jacks and the Coachman in town have just gained a patio customer this summer
