Arby's

Make sure you check your order before you leave the drive-thru in the Washington Illinois store. When I got home and realized I had been shorted a sandwich I went back and they wanted to argue about which sandwich they shorted me and the box being marked that wasn't marked and when I pointed out their mistake they tried to appease me with a free meal card that I didn't even ask for that was by the way 2 months expired! I feel for kids that have to work fast food for little money, but that is no excuse for an entitled attitude and not doing the job they're paid to do. If it's that bad leave and let someone that will appreciate at least having a job do the work.

I've been there so many times now bc my family loves the food....but today. Was the last time. They forgot the only thing I ordered for myself...I got a roast beef slider and a small crinkle fry w cheese sauce. All I got was frys. I'm not even going to argue anymore...I'm done .... its been about the last 7 times something has been missing

The general manager Jarod, is highly unprofessional. Over time my family has been treated horribly. Recently my brother did a follow up call for his application and the manager called him rude and talked negatively about the interaction to other employees. He was not at all “rude” but was simply doing a follow up call, which should never be frowned upon. This was his first attempt at getting a job after turning 16 and he was treated this way. He is rude to his employees and treats them horribly. He will fire staff for refusing to come in on their DAY OFF. He will demean them for any mistakes and ignore the time and effort employees put into the job. He ignores his employees requests/needs. Very childish manager and should not at all be in charge.

I go to this Arby’s because they are usually spot on and never mess my order up. If they do they are prompt to take care of it and honestly are always nice. However on my latest visit we ordered 2 meals and they completely left my fries out. I did not want to drive back so I just left it go and ate only the sandwich. However, I will not allow this one mistake to keep from going there. After all they “have the meats.”

Just ordered two sandwiches , one pecan salad and one turkey and swiss. No drinks or fries so price was exactly, by the way these were market fresh signature sandwiches. $13.00 total , after getting home and opening up the supposedly great sandwiches . Was very disappointed and let down as the turkey and swiss had one thin slice of turkey and the pecan was not at all near good as far as taste. Next time i will just go home and make my own, what a letdown.

I've been in the Washington /East Peoria area since November 1st and I will say that out of all the fast food places I have been to so far Arby's is the best the food is wonderful I haven't had any issues with getting my order and the customer service is awesome. If I could give Arby's 10 stars I would.
