Four of us went for dinner. Seated promptly, and that's the last we saw of any waitress. No water, no menus, nothing. After 15 minutes, one of us went to where the waitresses had assembled to ask for menus etc. We're told "we're busy,be with you shortly". After waiting another five minutes with no attention, we left and went to a different place.

Hate to give one star, as this place has some really nice people. But there is one server, (don't know her name) but she is just not friendly. Always acting like it is a bother to be working. Perhaps it is the multiple piercings in her face and dye in her hair that is causing such a bitter demeanor. She should not be working with the public. When you can't even look up at make eye contact to greet a customer, you need a different job.

Went to Bob Evans Washington Missouri for Father's Day brunch. Physically watched our food sit under the heat lights for 15 minutes before it was brought to the table. Our server who took our order Only returned to our table one time to refill drinks And never came back again, Our food was brought to us by another worker. We did send the food back to be remade and the manager did provide a 20% discount. It should also be noted the restaurant was not very busy at the time, Service and food quality have gone way down hill Over the past year ,very disappointing.

My husband and I went in this evening and 3 people standing behind the work station doing nothing but socializing, all while there is only one server. The host seated us and didn't tell us about the situation, nor did he offer to take our drink order to assist the waitress until we had waited 15 minutes and nobody as much as greeted us! I asked if we could get a drink order taken and he did finally get it and brings it back to the table and plunks it down like we had bothered him and it was not his job to help! We waited a bit longer and finally see an assistant manager, whom I asked her if we could get our orders taken since at this point we had waited at least 25 minutes and barely any acknowledgement. She said she was planning to take our order, but shook her head and rolled her eyes while she walked away from the table. That was it fir my hubby and he tikd her he unders her being understaffed, but nit the bad attitude! He said we We opted to dine elsewhere. taken since it had b
