Sat on the high top after it was cleaned.. with bleach. Stained my black shirt before a meeting. I will now have to it throw away. Pissed.
Updating this post: I spoke with the very kind manager who gave me access to a number to submit a claim. They gave me credit, which was acceptable for me. The manager also gave me a free drink. Thank you!

This Starbucks has the most friendly staff ever! They are super welcoming and the wonderful “good morning” greetings was super nice especially before getting the morning cup of coffee! The drinks were made perfectly and the staff really wanted to make sure they were made correctly even despite the busy morning rush!

Even through they are always extremely busy ( I don't think I've ever gotten out the store in less than 10 min), the workers are always super friendly and my drink is always made to perfection.

The staff at this location are so friendly and upbeat. They're always busy when I go in but move quickly, welcome everyone that walks in, and always have a smile.

I visit this location at least a few times a month. The baristas are always very nice. Yesterday, I got a specialty coffee and it did not taste as it should have. (It happens.) I was unable to come back that day, but called to explain my dissatisfaction. I came back the next day, and the manager Alex was very cooperative and kind when remedying this issue. Also, my vanilla sweet cream nitro cold brew was great!

1st off let me tell yall I love this spot being a former batista for the siren!! My order is always ready, I forgot one day to order and walked in " I forgot to hit the button " and while making it asked if they could put it in a trenta cup so I can have more ice and they did🥰. my cup today awesome even so she threw in an extra shot 😍😍😍😍.. I appreciate this entire crew so much! For definitely hanging in there with this crazy year
