Been going to this location pretty much every week for about a year, they've only gotten my order wrong once. That's an excellent track record for fast food. The people who work here are cool and friendly. As for the food, hey, it's taco bell, you already know whether you like it or not.

Bald Hill Taco Bell is almost always quick, easy ordering, and great customer service. One time, I was just getting a Baja Blast just past midnight and a worker asked if that Taco Bell was my favorite, which I replied with “yes”. He then paid for my drink! Awesome dude. I went there yesterday (2/9/22) and I love that they’ve implemented biodegradable straws; I would give an extra star for this if I could!

Never in my 30yrs of living have I been told "exact change only". I get it if the card system is down. But like the 5 people in front of me just paid cash and ur saying there's no 1's 5's or 10's? This is one of those places that gets so much traffic they really don't care about you or your order. All the good reviews are probably past employees.

This location is one of my favorite Taco Bell’s. Staff is friendly location is clean and food is almost never wrong maybe once and yes maybe once they forgot to give me sauce and I am not a fan of not getting sauce with my Taco Bell which is why I’m giving them four stars instead of five but the friendly service is a big plus and it’s kind of what you need when you’re ordering Taco Bell.

Went through the drive thru at 8:30 pm on 03/23/2022 whoever took my order was extremely rude. He basically threw the food in my car and didn’t say one word to me. Not only that but he messed up the order after repeating it multiple times to him.

I’m a delivery person, I went today to pick up three orders and they told me I couldn’t pick up 3 I can only pick up one. After waiting for about 15 minutes in the long drive they line I’m only allowed to pick up one order. Waiting 15 minutes for three is worth the wait, waiting 15 mins just for one order is not worth the wait. If I’m not allowed to pick up as many orders I would like I’m not doing business here. It’s not worth the wait.

Had a large order placed online for p/u thru the drive thru . Only needed name and order number and boom is was ready quickly and most importantly correctly not one mistake great job
