Absolutely terrible!! Showed up at 11:45pm (2/6/21)tonight!! Gentleman who was taking out the trash said they were closed. I asked him what time they closed and he said “12:00pm” and the sign says open all night because it doesn’t turn off. I told him it is 11:45pm and there is 15 mins until they closed. There was a red accord that was in front of me who was waiting for quite sometime and even drove to the window with people looking at him and never answered neither of us!! Freaking terrible who ever runs this place!! Only reason I keep going back is because I love the burgers! But my business and everyone I know will be going elsewhere. This place is aweful on hwy 96 in Warner Robins, GA!! This ain’t the first time this has happened!! Constantly getting orders wrong. They are always good about getting it corrected after calling (when you can get them on the phone) and complaining.

Waited eight minutes in line to order. There was only one person in front of me waiting to order. Six minutes later finally got to the drive thru window. Never acknowledged me. Saw three other cars they had parked waiting for food. After five more minutes waiting for them to take my payment I just left.

Just want to know the hours of operation.. I show up at 1045 and the open sign is on so I pull around to order. I get the “we closed” from the person that was taking orders. I check the hours on google and it said 12am. If this is not your normal business hours you should think about shutting the open sign off. I’m not sure but 10 or 10:30 on Friday night seemed a little early.

I tried to go to this establishment at 9:43pm. I go to the drive through to order and the lady says they are closed. When all the signs were on and the internet said they closed at 11pm. I am fed up with this establishment. Very rude service and wrong hours stated. There is no way they close at 9:43.. I am appalled at the service here and the fact they have not fixed the issues. So what time do you really close??
