Domino's Pizza

Sadly no picture taken of the food. I call in and say I want a large $7.99 pizza. Chicken, Bacon, Ranch. They say okay thank you. I get there they charge me $16.99 because its a specialty. Well you should have told me it wasn't going to be $7.99 when I told you what I wanted. They also added tomatoes on it. So, it was chicken, bacon, ranch and tomatoes. Why add tomatoes when I didn't even ask for them.

I'm so done with this company every time I order and my boyfriend picks up our food it is wrong it is a simple order and it is constantly wrong on my end, I also refuse for my man to go back late at night when he has worked hard. Need to start paying attention instead of blasting your music regardless I walked in there one day and you had nothing but music swearing and everything this is a job not a party spot get the orders right. Don't know if you can post pictures of your order being wrong when the receipt says what you wanted but yeah this is getting out of hand and getting very annoying

I haven't ordered from Domino's in a very long time until last night. What a mistake. They're so cheap when it comes to toppings, the pizza was greasey and the chicken tasted like cardboard. The only positive I could say is the the driver was on time and polite. It's a shame the food wasn't better. You can't expect much when it comes to corporate food. It's all about the $$ and not the customers. Stick to the local pizza places support them not corporate. I did contact the manager the next day and he did make things right so I give him a lot of credit for that. All anyone wnats is quality and what they ordered. Thank you to the manager

All the negative reviews about this place seem to be about their terrible delivery service which I can’t comment on since I’ve ordered takeouts most of the time over the weekends. But I’d describe my experience with this place as follows- First things first, this place is a small delivery/ takeout domino’s chain. Online ordering is hassle free and easy. If you’re trying to call in, beware you’ll have to wait a long time especially on the weekends when their phones are constantly ringing and they have no time to answer them because of the overwhelming orders and customers at their doorstep (believe me, I’ve seen this). Even after placing your order, your pizza won’t be ready at the stated time and there will be some delays but not a whole lot. Talking about the food itself, I feel like the quality is a hit or a miss depending on the day of the week. Generally speaking, all the times that I’ve ordered have been over the weekend and were decent enough. We’ve had chicken wings, pizza and coke, garlic breads and some other stuff from their menu and all were delicious. I order from here at least once a month so I’m satisfied with their offering and a decent enough customer service.

This place is very horrible the employees don't even kno what areas have delivery and what doesn't I ordered food they deducted my money from my card only to tell me an hour later that they don't deliver to my address so now I have to wait 72 hours to get refunded but u didn't have a problem taking my money in 5 seconds smh just pitiful...
