Taco Bell

We haven given this place so many chances. They consistently get the order wrong. They put meat in the vegetarian burritos, they give you nachos when you order potatoes. And they won’t refund your money if they get your order wrong. When you ask why they can’t, they always say a manager isn’t available to do it. Please, avoid this place at all costs.

Drive thru was a chore the 2 working didn't seem to know who was doing what the food I ordered wasn't done to my liking extra onions on my cheesy rice burritos either had some onions and lots of sauce or no onions and flooded in sauce the soft tacos I ordered wasn't in the bag the crunchy taco were broken at the bottom and leaking red oily juice from them. Not enough hot taco sauce packets and napkins.

The longest wait time ever it’s ridiculous weekends should be double staffed without question but the owners probably don’t care cause it’s been like this for so long…. Ordered a cheesy gordea crunch price was 4.82 realized I forgot my wallet I found 4.70 in my car but they could let 12cents go so they didn’t give it lol thanks never be back

Went there at almost 10pm on Sunday but not many cars. I told to Please wait. 15 Mins later still waiting in the Drive thru. I asked for 1 crunchy taco, 2 spicy soft potatoes, 2 soft tacos... Then told me no more lettuce..asked me if i still want my orders. I said Yes. Then she said one crunchy taco only? I said yes. Then she said your total is 1.95. I said i still want my other orders. So i repeat again. After receive my order I open my taco bag After getting home. 1 Chzy bean rice burr and missing 2 spicy soft tacos. And one soft taco looks like soft spring roll.
