Panera Bread

Wow. Patient, courteous staff definitely a brand standard leader. Placed my order online and when I arrived at the store the dinner rush was definitely on. Staff was flying around in a clearly well orchestrated manner. Was greeted promptly with a smile (very rare these days) and was told my order would be up very soon. Every few minutes someone can back to check on me and my fellow online ordering diners. Always smiling and always friendly. Turns out they ran out of an item and offered a refund/replacement and sincerely apologized for not having it. Food was brought out and checked for accuracy and they even added some cookies as consolation for not having the item. Food was well prepared and delicious as usual. Wish I got the names of the wonderful young ladies who helped me. They were fantastic. Will drive the 30 minutes to this panera from here on out.

The quality seems to have gone down lately. I usually never have a problem at this location, but the last few times my salads have been half empty, my sandwiches have been sloppily thrown together, I’ve had items missing/incorrect, and on one occasion half of my sandwich had no meat on it. If you want quality make sure to order in the cafe or be sure to check your food before leaving the establishment. (Edited) adding an extra star since customer service reached out to me pretty quickly. Again I would advise to check your food before leaving the establishment if possible.

My kiddo accidentally dropped 2 full smoothies onto the floor and was so upset. The staff at this location was more than kind to him and promptly cleaned it up and remade the smoothies. They were excellent and we were grateful. This was also on the 4th if July so they were working a holiday and still so so patient and friendly!

So so disappointed I bought a cold brew almond Cofee was 3.81 so small at Dunkin’ Donuts bought a medium size for same price wow what a waist of money plus drink was spilling whe I put straw they can do better because their prices too high .I also have to say their smoothie Not their specialty second time I order it horrible hop they can get better at it
