Mcdonald's

If you don't want to be price gouged, then don't visit this McDonald's. Pricing on menu board is "incorrect" and instead of honoring the price presented, the manager said that the board is wrong and I need to pay $1 more for a Mcflurry. They actually thought I would agree with paying $4.13 for a small cup of ice cream and oreo cookies. I'll go to the grocery store before I do that.

I hadn't had McDonalds in years and now I remember why. All I had was the fish sandwich combo. The fish sandwich was okay. Had enough tarter sauce on it. But the fries.....they could have left them in the fryer a little longer. At least some more color and fried through. They were soft borderline undercooked. Like noodle fries. My sweet tea tasted like they left the tea bag in too long. I chose this location because I tried the other the week prior and their fish sandwich tasted old. I'm glad breakfast is still okay. Outside of MAYBE getting breakfast, you can count me out of getting anything else. 2 loses- 0 wins.....not happening a 3rd time.

The food was hot, service time was reasonable. They had a young man outside taking orders which is great for speed of service, and the girl at window repeated my order, another plus. At food side the girl smiled and greeted me, but they forgot my kids apple juice and I had to park the car and go inside to grab the juice. Which was inconvenient since we were running late for a birthday party already. I was impressed by this McD to say the least. My experience would have been a 5 if not for order accuracy issues. Keep it up!

The Manager was on the register while the other employees tended to the window orders. I ordered a large diet soda ($1.06) When the prompt came up for me to pay my bill, I just stuck my credit card into the slot. He handed me my receipt and left the register to go into the back. I noticed that he had attached an extra charge to my order! I immediately summoned one of the employees over to me and showed her my receipt, explaining that the manager charged me for an item that I did not order, nor received. She shrugged her shoulders looking puzzled. I requested the Manager. She went back to get him and he came out, didn't look at the receipt, didn't look at me, and handed me the "extra" change that should not have been charged to my order! Henceforth, I will always pay attention to the register's display and my receipts each and every time I go into McDonald's again....especially that particular one.

I am diabetic asked for sugar fee French vanilla ice coffee . It wasn't until I got back on interstate that I realized it was not sugar free. This could have raised my blood sugar and resulted in me being hospitalized. I don't know if this happened because of language barrier. Please inform your employees it matters.
