Prices are higher than willie nelson. 😂😂😂 $2.69 for a small glass of water. Absolute worst customer service I've had. 😂😂 $4 extra dollars for twice the meat? I watched you not double up on the meat. Plus, the order was wrong.. No reason why a simple turkey sub should cost $18-$19 Save your money & head up to schlotzsky's right up the road. Better food, better pricing, better service.

I ordered curbside through the APP. Drove to the store and pushed the button on the APP saying I arrived. After waiting for 15 minutes after my order was showing to be ready I called into the store. I told the woman that I had been waiting for my curbside order and asked why it had not been brought out since I could see through the window that there were no customers in the store and the woman that was "working" was playing on her phone. She said she hadn't brought the order out because they were all out of sun chips. I asked if she was planning on waiting for the next shipment or if we could just pick a different chip. We agreed that I could and then she told me she didn't know they did curbside (at the store that she works at). When she finally brought out my wraps and salad she shoved it throught the car window with an attitude and at that time informed me that they also did not have avacado, for the avacafo wraps I ordered. I have called the store 3 times since to get the managers name and every time she has hung up on me. Do not expect your order to be correct if you order from here and do not expect courtesy.

I visited there today and it was the most horrible experience ever. The sandwiches were burn so bad I refused one of them and I did not notice the other one was burn on the bottom. The servings of meat were very small and when I questioned them they got upset. Tuna sandwich had 5 teaspoons of tuna, I mean small teaspoons, I screen shot them all, because no one would believe this mess that cost me almost $30. I will never go back, I'm not in the habit of doing this but this food was just wrong.

Amazing lovely staff! They had me in and out! Very friendly! However, the reason it’s not a 5 Star is because they gave me the wrong sandwich. I had order the meatball marinera and got something that looks like roasted ham. I live in Henderson. When I got home and saw the mistake there was no way I was going to drive back.

I came in and ordered a veggie delight. I believe the sandwich makers name was Leila. Young blonde. They were very busy on a Monday at lunchtime, and she had an exceptional attitude. If I could give her more than 5 stars, I would. She had excellent hospitality and customer service. The facilities were clean, ingredients were fresh, but nothing beats awesome customer service, in my opinion. Awesome experience. Thank you, Liela !
