The chicken was cold, the pudding left a film in my mouth, my friend bit into a piece of pie and hit something hard. Their food made me throw up.

I don't do buffets. I just don't like them in general. But, y'all...I make an exception for this one. It's crowded, it's congested (on Sunday afternoons when I have been) but the food is good southern, stick to your ribs like grandma used to make! The chicken fried steak is homestyle. My favorite! The catfish is outstanding! The pie??? Oh the choices... delicious and it's a buffet so eat all you want if that is your thing.

We were in town for a graduation nearby and we’re looking for a good buffet. This place was everything we were craving. Authentic homemade southern cooking. Also the best service I’ve had in a while. I would drive a hundred miles for the greens.

Great place to try if you're visiting Tyler. The food is amazing. The staff is very, very welcoming and friendly. The restaurant is a little crowded with seating, but it looks like they can get pretty busy. I highly recommend you come here and try the great food.

This is simply the finest country cooking (food & deserts) in East TX... If you don't think so, it's because you have not tried it yet... I do not know of any other restaurant (including pies & deserts) in East TX that is overall better...
