Wendy's

Food is always cold and something is always wrong with the order. Usually we will make the longer drive to the one across town because they have better service. Had a co-worker order a chicken sandwich and got back to the office only to fine chili. Today I ordered apple slices since my son doesn’t like fries only to find fries and no slices. Go to call Wendy’s to let them know and the number listed is a fax number

Most of the time my husband and I will get there and there isn't anyone in the drive-thru. Sometimes though, the line is long. It's been that way the last couple of times. However, they get the line worked down in a timely fashion. The staff is friendly and helpful regardless of what kind of day it's been for them. The food is good. I love getting the berry lemonade, baked potato, Jr bacon cheeseburger, chili and their fries always taste good to me. Not too salty and not cold and soggy. The dining area is not currently open but it's always been neat and clean. I always seen the staff sweeping and clearing tables.

Every single time I come here something ALWAYS gets forgotten. Napkins, straws, food, drink carriers; you name it. Food is hardly ever ready ahead of time when you order online. Trying to apply any rewards is hit-or-miss depending on if the employees actually remember to include it. Long wait times even if it's just 1 or 2 people ahead of you. Food is fine, I guess. It's fast-food so it's whatever.
