Jamba

Terrible experience. I placed my order in well enough time, and gave a few extra minutes but when I arrived it took them ten extra minutes to make my drink. It’s just annoying when you get quoted a time and depend on the time to be accurate. Not to mention that I had to wait several minutes to be greeted. I try to be patient and give the benefit of the doubt but it’s frustrating to have to wait when you are on a time schedule and depend on the time frame quoted. I will recommend trying the Apple Greens drink or the Strawberry Surfrider, or Peanut Butter Moo’d - some of my favorites.

I accidentally placed an order to another location instead of the Turlock Jamba. Cashiers don’t know how to communicate there was no order placed and instead just ask for a picture but never state of what. I handed them my ID and they looked dumbfounded and it wasn’t until I asked if the order that they were able to tell me that’s what they wanted a picture of. Once I realized it was ordered to the wrong jamba location they were snickering and smirking behind the counter. I asked if they were able to make it and I got told no as they had no payment from me but never got asked if I was okay to pay for an order again and then the manager of the day went on to explain about how they needed refund from the other store. Poor customer service.

I walked in and ordered. There was 3 people in the store. I stood there and waited patiently, while the place is store filled up with people. Employee starts going around asking people there order names, they get to a lady before me and ask her to go outside, then asked me to go outside. I told her I paid before all this, she still asked me to go outside. I'm walking out frustrated as I hear the other employee stick her neck out for me. Still had to wait outside. Thank you to the employee who stook up for me
