Bonefish Grill

We all enjoyed our meals, however, personally I feel like the fish was a little bland. Outside of this, service was kind and friendly, as well as timely. The bread and olive oil dip was pretty good and we all like the boom boom shrimp, share appetizer. The atmosphere was very relaxed and calm, and the place was quite neat and clean.

James behind the bar was fantastic! We sat there and watched sports while he took care of everything for us. The entire staff was friendly and very helpful as well. Crab cakes were amazing! Soups were great. Tempura Ahi was off the chain as was the Tuna Poke. We didn't dislike anything! The drinks at the bar were consistent and on point. Never had to wait for anything.

Went to celebrate a friend's 80th birthday. Had the sirloin and grilled shrimp, fries and Cole slaw. Didn't like the Cole slaw and the server substituted mashed potatoes. Steak and shrimp was good. My friends had salmon, cod and steak. Bang Bang shrimp for an appetizer. The food was good, but a bit overpriced.

We found these booths empty so we asked to be seated in one of those booths, however, we were advised they were reserved. They sat us at a regular table instead. We sat, we ate, we drank and asked for our check and no one sat at those booths. Poor service from Hostesses on Friday night 5-6-22. This had nothing to do with booths being “reserved” it was all due to doing what they wanted to do and not do what the customer wanted. As we were leaving, more booths and tables were emptying. Poor, Poor service from the Hostesses.

If I could give this Trinity Rt. 54 location zero stars I would. Called this morning 11:00 am 12/31 to make a reservation and was told that a reservation was not needed. I let the rep know I would show up with a party of 3 at 06:30 pm and was told no problem. I showed up at 06:25 pm and was asked if I had a reservation. I explained the conversation I had this morning with BoneFish personnel and was turned away, stating they changed the policy during the afternoon. Never heard of a business that changes policy hour to hour. You will no longer get my business. Shame on you for spoiling our dinner. Last year we supported your organization during the height of the pandemic when you were desperate for business. Now you just turn around and turn loyal customers away. Your owners and management should be ashamed as well.

The service was great. Ashley was our server for the evening and she was pleasant and attentive. Our appetizer of shrimp and lobster dip was delicious. My wife had the Salmon with a crab salad top and I had the Scallops and shrimp skewer with rice and a house salad. While I did enjoy my meal, One of my shrimp was raw and my Scallops where slightly under cooked. But overall it was a good evening.
