Went in to get some food, guy sitting outside watched me park and walk in. No one was inside to help me. Stood around for a few minutes and no one showed up. Not sure if the guy sitting outside was a worker on break or what, the message is clear though. I will never bother with this subway again.

Stopped in at the Subway in Torrington, WY for a quick bite to eat today. The dining area was clean and staff was friendly. All of the vegetables looked fresh and clean. The food was consistent with what you can find at other Subways.

Order food there the sandwiches was made wrong & not toasted. Then on top of it we found out they gave our food to someone else that took it out of the store & then they still give it to us. 55 dollars worth of food that none of my family could eat

Friendly sandwich makers and cashier. Older female employee standing outside swearing and complaining about other workers. Thankfully she didn't come inside until we already had our food. Felt bad for her coworkers.

The people making my sandwich for very nice and with my mom as well they made her sandwiches nice with great quality and didn't make a fuss or any rude comments

Let me begin by saying that Subway is my favorite fast food restaurant. That said, I have visited the Subway in Torrington, WY dozens of times since moving to the town in early March of this year. The staff have been progressively more rude to me and aggressive with me with each visit that I make. I have the same order each time. I make it known that I am willing and able to pay for extra when I ask for extra toppings. I can tell they don’t want my business, even though I am always polite. I completely understand the frustrations that come with a food service job. I have held several food service jobs myself. What I don’t understand is their apparent need to take their frustrations out on a perfectly polite regular customer such as myself. I have given them zero pushback or complaints regarding their attitude. I have given them zero reasons to be aggressively rude towards me.
Would not recommend this location. Extremely discourteous and unwelcoming staff.
