My mom just went there to pick up lunch for us. She got a Cobb salad - there were bones in the chicken, the bacon bits were so hard she felt like they were going to break her teeth, the yolk of the eggs are white & are gross.. also the only modification she made was she asked for Parmesan cheese instead of Gorgonzola, so they put no cheese at all. There were a few other things that aren’t even noteworthy given the first 3 things I listed. Seriously, that’s so gross and disappointing

Twice my husband and I ordered the Fuji apple salad with chicken and both times they forgot the chicken. They charged us for it. Waste of time.

Good Panera. Staff friendly. Store clean, organized, and well stocked. Just the way I like. Ordered my usual Dark Roast here. It was as expected.

I really love their grilled cheese and creamy tomato soup. They have wonderful service, and their always clean, they really made me feel wanted.

I ordered a half a steak sandwich hold the cheese and it tasted like melted plastic..I asked the young lady what the pink stuff was and she said pickled onions..who asked for that?

If you’re vegetarian or vegan, don’t bother. Almost every single time I’ve been here they put meat on it when I specifically ask for no meat. Pathetic.

This was probably one of the best drive through experiences we've ever had. The young lady taking our order had impeccable customer service skills and answered all my questions with kindness and ease. The gentleman cashing us out was personable and polite. Food was ready super fast and served hot and delicious. You guys were awesome, thank you!
