It's hit or miss. The folks are always nice but sometimes my iced coffee is like a cup of ice with brown milk, no coffee taste at all. The hashbrowns are always a mushy glob. It doesn't matter which dunkin I go to, they all are the same. It comes down to the person making the coffee or food. Seems like when it's busy, they use regular brewed coffee or cold brew instead of espresso to make my drink because of the weaker coffee flavor. A true coffee drinker can tell the difference. I just wished all the DD had some consistency with their products to retain customers but they just don't care. Comes down to how much you want to continue to pay for something and be unhappy or just make it at home?

Order our usual 2 large ice coffees, a small ice coffee, and a box (10ct) jelly munchkins. Drive thru employee always know our order, but always ask if we're getting our usual just to make sure, they read it to us as they put it in and then ask if we're getting the usual jelly munchkins. Order was ready when we got to the window. They're always so pleasant when we come they interact with our youngest whom always ask for her window down so she can say hi. They always make her smile.

Went to the walk up window. Tried to get the servers attention. I waited 20 mins in the freezing Cold because I figured soon either she would notice me or someone in the drive thru would notice my frustration and let her know. I was just just about to leave when she noticed . I asked her why there isn't a button to notify staff of a waiting customer. I was told someone broke it. Was told to knock on the window next time . I asked why there isn't a sign saying to knock on the window due to the broken button and I was told that there was but management took it down and forbade it. There needs to be a total change of management at this location. I will be contacting the better business bureau and the franchise owner . This is awful customer service. If I owned this location I would be ashamed of this and of my management staff.

Placed an order and it cost $11.48. I gave the guy $21.50 and got $9.02 back. When I questioned this he said he put a dollar in the tip jar. I was really mad. I always tip so for you to just take my money without my permission not OK. He should be fired.

I come to Dunkin’ pretty frequently, and the staff at this location are always very nice! However, I usually place bigger orders and almost every time we’re missing an item. Kind of disappointing.
